Big Update On WWE Changing NXT Takeover Start Time, New Match Added to Chris Jericho’s Sea of Honor Tournament

As noted, WWE will be changing the star of the NXT Takeover events moving forward, and PWInsider.com, is reporting the change will be made beginning with Takeover Brooklyn in August.

NXT Takeovers will begin at 7pm EST, as opposed to 8pm EST, and the reason why is because WWE wants the Takeover events to begin at the same time as the main roster PPV’s, which now begin at 7pm EST.

Tickets for NXT Takeover Brooklyn list the show as beginning at 7:30pm EST, but it’s likely WWE will issue an alert to ticketholders of the start time change. It is expected Takeover Brooklyn will officially begin at 6:15pm EST, as WWE will be taping content for NXT TV prior to the special, which will then begin at 7pm.

New Match Added to Chris Jericho’s Sea of Honor Tournament

ROH has Tweeted the following, announcing Adam Page vs Kazarian has been signed for the Sea of Honor tournament taking place on Chris Jericho’s upcoming sea cruise taking place in October:
