Here’s Why the Royal Baby Name Hasn’t Been Announced Yet

As of Thursday, Prince Charles is believed to be back in the U.K., so the visit to his son’s Kensington Palace home must be soon. Middleton’s family has already visited the newborn, with parents Carole and Michael as well as siblings Pippa and James making trips to Kensington Palace to meet the new addition.

Of course, that’s not the only possible reason why the royal baby’s name has yet to be announced. Another option? It hasn’t yet been decided on. According to multiple royal reporters, Prince William replied, “I’m working on that,” when asked about his son’s name at an event Thursday night.
